"We were shopping for better rates on our Auto, Home and Umbrella policies. Unfortunately our old insurance agent was unresponsive for over a month and then stated they were short-handed in the office and she could not find any better rates. My husband did some research that lead us to Colleen McKenna at the Rossmiller StateFarm office. Colleen was responsive, straight forward, and easy to work with. We are now I. "Kudos to Ashley for investigating my problem. Although the answer was not readily available, Ashley assured she would find the answer and return with the response later that day or the next.
