"I strongly recommend from this agency Mr Lenny Nguyen and Mrs Trisha Levine. In a moment where I was dealing with sharks, this awesome team extended to me a life-saver log and provided me with a solution that allows me to keep my family safe and protected. I must admit that I used to be a State Fame customer, but I had to leave for personal reasons a few years ago. Now that I am back, both of them have made me feel completely at home. "I had a situation with fraud on our account and my auto pay was due to come out the next day. Cards were cancelled and I felt I was going to have bounce fees etc. Jessica took care of the auto pay and cancelled it advising me not to worry there’s a 2 week grace period. That was great and while we won’t need 2 weeks it was nice to know. Thank you Jessica for your help, empathy and quick resolution!!"
