"Update: My insurance rate went up unexpectedly due to an accident from last yr. I was very overwhelmed by then increased price but there is something about State Farm agents that truly can better situations with care! I spoke with Katie and she helped me understand what we can do without making me feel more overwhelmed. Thank you Katie for your amazing customer care❤️ 2023-Gina Sceppaquercia or Gina S was absolutely a wonderful person, kind , patient and friendly. I have a chatty 2 yr old that IV had a bad experience with other agencies looking for insurance that wasn't so patient. My experience with Gina was by far outstanding and helpful. Happy to be with Rossmiller"

"I came to State Farm looking for car insurance. Instead, I found a community that was willing to help me through my pain of losing my sister just this last few months ago. They listen to the pain that I went through, they listen to the reason that I needed to get the insurance and the move I was about to make for myself; and despite knowing that the contract I was offering was not going to be a high-level contract they sat with me they talked to me and they understood where I was coming from and they helped me. Now I'm confident that I can move from the state of Florida to South Carolina knowing that my car is fully insured knowing that I have a group of people here cheering me on and pushing me forward into the healing that I need. I came for car insurance and I ended up getting insurance in my choices and in my life and a staff and a community that was willing to listen to me and truly helped me with what I needed, not just to make money but, to make sure that I was okay. Lenny was amazingly patient throughout my entire process of getting my initial insurance policy open with them and Ashley was just as patient as she tried to help me get in contact with Lenny for the next stage of my process.
